CT ECO includes two types of online reference documents that describe the information available in CT ECO. By explaining the information as simply as possible, these guides are intended to help you understand how to use a particular map, map theme, or data layer included in the Map Catalog, Simple Data Viewer, Advanced Data Viewer, or Map Service. Complete Resource Guides more thoroughly describe the resources being mapped and include more information than the related Basic Data Guides. Complete Resource Guides are accesible via the Basic Data Guides in the Map Catalog, Simple Data Viewer, Advanced Data Viewer, and Map Service sections of CT ECO. Listed below are all of the Complete Resource Guides in CT ECO. As with the Basic Data Guide, each one includes a description, purpose, use limitations, data date, and a link to GIS metadata for technical documentation of the underlying data source. Additionally, the Complete Resource Guide includes a detailed map legend description, links to related online information resources, contact information for additional questions you might have, and a link back to the related Basic Data Guide.
